Bishop attends service in Rome at which John Henry Newman is declared a Doctor of the Church
The Bishop of Chichester, Dr Martin Warner, is part of a Church of England delegation attending a service at St Peter’s Basilica in Rome tomorrow (Saturday 1 November) at which Pope Leo XIV will formally declare John Henry Newman (1801-1890) a Doctor of the Church.

Safeguarding Sunday 16th November
Churches are invited to come together to reflect on their safeguarding journey, and highlight all the good work that is being done to create safer places in our church buildings.
