Parish Development is here solely to support and resource parish ministry as we work together on delivering the diocesan vision of 'To Know, Love and Follow Jesus'.
We have a particular passion for supporting parishes in creating a vision for their churches, to grow numerically & spiritually, to contribute to the common good and to re-imagine ministry, and as such we operate as an “in house” parish development consultancy team.
This team is lead by Rob Dillingham, Deputy Director for Apostolic Life, and pulls in a mixture of church house officers, experienced practitioners, and priests within the diocese, depending on the individual parish’s needs.
