    The Bishop of Chichester is seeking a Priest-in-Charge for the historic parishes of Itchingfield with Slinfold, nestled in the heart of rural West Sussex. This is a unique opportunity to be able to grow these small rural communities as they expand with three new housing developments planned across the benefice.

    The benefice is home to a loving and welcoming church family who take their parish responsibilities seriously and look forward to welcoming a spiritual leader who can move them into growth.

    We are looking for a spiritual leader who will:

    • help shape our vision for future growth
    • build a vision of love and hope
    • help tease out what God is calling us to be and do across our different parish settings
    • be a gentle and prayerful leader who can help our churches flourish in the years to come
    • be a great teacher
    • be active in the wider community
