Broadwater Parish is a lively evangelical Anglican Parish with over 300 people meeting across our 2 sites and 4 congregations in beautiful West Sussex, north of Worthing. Broadwater has experienced much growth over the past few years and is in an exciting place to move into a fresh new season. This is a key role within the parish, reporting directly to the Rector.

This is a managerial role overseeing the operational and administrative elements of the Parish, working with a dedicated team who are committed to our vision: “Working together in the name of Jesus for the revitalisation of the church in Worthing & the transformation of lives.”
The successful applicant will be able to manage varied deadlines and demands whilst taking a proactive approach in planning and problem solving.

This role is up to 35 hours per week full time, with the possibility to discuss part time options (minimum 20 hours). Due to the nature of the role some flexibility will be required.
