Holy Trinity Church, Cuckfield PCC, is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to oversee the Church Building and The Old School, ensuring they serve the parish and remain a leading community venue.

• Facilities management
• Event & venue hire coordination
• Marketing & community outreach
• Revenue generation & fundraising
• Administration & reporting

About You:

Organised & proactive with experience in facilities management, events, or community engagement Strong communication & marketing skills Financial & admin savvy, with the ability to boost revenue through venue hire & fundraising

Location: Cuckfield RH17 5JZ

Hours: 20 per week (flexible)

Salary: £12k p.a.

Start Date: June–July 2025
