Priest in Charge of Fernhurst, Lynchmere and Camelsdale

The Bishop of Chichester seeks to appoint a priest in charge for these two parishes situated in the Deanery of Midhurst who will offer an evangelistic, pastoral and liturgical ministry across the two parishes of this benefice.

We are praying for a priest who will:

• hear God’s call to contemporary rural life and ministry
• provide visionary and missional leadership for our two churches
• confidently preside at liturgical worship across a variety of styles
• be a gifted pastor, communicator and preacher
• lead us in developing our evangelistic outreach and pastoral care
• foster a collaborative team culture, supporting and growing lay ministries
• share and strengthen the wider life and ministry of our deanery and diocese
