Priest in Charge of Funtington and West Stoke with Sennicotts and Chidham
These two benefices are embedded in the heart of a rural community within the Deanery of Westbourne. The Bishop of Chichester seeks to appoint a full-time stipendiary Priest in Charge who will offer a dynamic evangelistic, pastoral and liturgical ministry, as we seek to know, love and follow Jesus.
We are praying for a priest who:
Is called to live and serve in a rural community, with a vision for leading a multi-parish benefice
Is a loving pastor and able to communicate fruitfully across all ages and stages of life and faith
Will lead us in a new season of evangelism and mission, gifted in discipling others to grow as followers of Jesus Christ
Has a proven record of empowering lay ministry and building strong relationships with parish schools
Will lead us in renewing our worship
