The Bishop of Chichester and CPAS invite applications for the post of Team Rector of South Crawley.

Informal in style, evangelical in theology and open to the Spirit, our churches are diverse places offering a warm welcome as we seek to introduce new disciples to Jesus.

Our Team has three churches in three neighbourhoods, each with a clergy leader. The Team Rector leads St Mary’s in Southgate, as well as having oversight responsibility across the team.

Our desire is to be a beacon of hope, shining the Light of Christ in our part of this vibrant and diverse Sussex town.

We are praying for a new Rector to lead us in mission, who is:

• committed to prayer, God’s Word, and open to the Holy Spirit.
• a compassionate and capable leader for this vibrant team.
• able to think strategically, engage with the community, and develop the gifts of others.
